There is a 5 night minimum stay.
There is a tax of 12%.  For long stays of two weeks or more, we offer reductions on our standard rates.  To secure a reservation, a 25% deposit is required.  The remainder of the rental, plus a $500 CAD damage deposit, is charged 30 days ahead of arrival.
