5 night minimum stay;
Canada's sales tax of 5% is charged for stays less than 30 days.  Whistler's 10% hotel room tax does not apply to our townhouse.  For long stays of two weeks or more, we offer reductions on our standard rates.  To secure a reservation, a 25% deposit is required.  The remainder of the rental, plus a $500 CAD damage deposit, is charged 30 days ahead of arrival.
